IRIS Media Inc., dba IRIS Educational Media and TRIFOIA ("IRIS/TRIFOIA", "we" or "us"), is committed to protecting the privacy of those who visit its websites, including www.irisEd.com and www.trifoia.com [and][Add additional websites](the "Websites"), and interact with the Websites' content, programs and services (the "IRIS/TRIFOIA Properties"). State and federal law require us to tell visitors to the Websites (singularly and collectively, "you") how we collect, use, share and protect information collected from you through the Websites. If your use of the Websites is through membership in an organization, your use is governed by both this Privacy Policy and the Multi-User Subscriber License's Privacy Terms. Note: IRIS/TRIFOIA Properties may be linked to or provided through internet websites or other software and vendor platforms operated by third parties. If you leave the Websites through a link, or if you use a platform offered by a third-party vendor, we encourage you to check the privacy policy of the website or platform you are using. Some of these websites and platforms may even be co-branded with our name, designs, products, logos and other identifying features, even though they are not operated or maintained by us. IRIS/TRIFOIA is not responsible for the privacy practices of the websites or other platforms operated by third parties.

1. What information does IRIS/TRIFOIA collect on the Websites, and how does IRIS/TRIFOIA use the collected information?

Each time you visit the Websites, IRIS/TRIFOIA automatically collects information about your interactions with the Websites and IRIS/TRIFOIA Properties. For example, IRIS/TRIFOIA automatically collects information about your interactions with video content (including your clicks, choices, length of time spent interacting with the content, etc.). You will only receive email regarding upcoming products, current promotions, and new programs to the Websites if you have "double opted-in" to our email list. That said, no one can guarantee that an Internet transmission is 100% secure or error-free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from this site may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail.
